1. ELIGIBILITY: All contestants in the Off Lease Only $1000 A DAY GIVEAWAY Promotion (the “Promotion”) must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry, must be a member of Publix Credit Union, and must also be legal resident of the 50 United States and District of Columbia. Off Lease Only, LLC. employees are not eligible to participate or win a prize in this Promotion. You must satisfy all requirements set forth in these Rules and Regulations to win.
2. Promotion Period.
a. The Promotion will begin on Monday, March 30, 2020 at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time and will end on Friday, April 24, 2020 at 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (the “Entry Period”).
b. The deadline to enter is 4:59 PM Eastern Standard Time on the Drawing Date of each Entry Period. Winners will be revealed at 6:00 P.M. social media.
c. Parties who enter the Promotion through an eligible method on any date during the Promotion Period (each, an “Entry Date”) will be entered in random drawings starting on or about the associated Drawing Date specified in Table A.

3. How to Enter.
a. You may enter the Promotion by visiting https://www.offleaseonly.com/publixcu during the Entry Period to register by submitting the entry form with all of the required information. Entrants will be required to provide their name, phone number, email address & zip code.
b. You may only enter once during the Entry Period.
4. Prizes.
a. Four (4) total winners each week will each receive a $1,000.00 car voucher towards the purchase of their vehicle.
b. Total Cash value of $4,000.00.
c. The odds of winning a Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each designated Entry Period
5. Winner Selection and Notification. At 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time each Friday from March 30, 2020 to April 24, 2020 Off Lease Only, LLC will telephone the winner. Also, Off Lease Only LLC and Publix Credit Union will post the winner on their Social Media pages, the Dealership will select at random One (1) winner each Drawing Date and call the winner by approximately 6:000 PM. The Four (4) entrants whose entries are chosen will be prize winners, subject to verification.
6. Winners must come into one of the Off Lease Only, LLC dealership locations to claim their prize within 30 days of winning. Car voucher must be used within one year before it expires.
7. Winners are ineligible to win any other promotions held by Off Lease Only, LLC for a period of 90 days.
